TSS provides Document Customization Services for customers who choose not to perform their own modifications or want assistance in adding master forms and clauses. Our document automation specialists are experts in the title and settlement industry and bring their wide range of experience and expertise to every assignment.

Customized General or State Forms

If you prefer using forms that are unique to your organization, we will customize and integrate these forms into your TitleExpress Document Preparation System.

Customized Underwriter Forms Packages

If you prefer using forms that differ from the standard samples provided by the underwriter, customization may be necessary. This option may also be necessary if you use multiple underwriters in multiple states and want to have one master form that accommodates all underwriters and states.

Customized Commitment and Policy Clauses

Standard underwriter and/or ALTA clauses are included in a TitleExpress Forms package, however if you prefer alternative language, these clauses can be modified to your specific requirements.
