TSS Software Corporation ("us," "we" or "our") created this Web Site Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") in order to ensure the confidence of visitors and customers ("you" or "your") of and to our Web site (the "Site") at www.iwantTSS.com, and to demonstrate our commitment to fair information practices and the protection of privacy.

This Privacy Policy describes the online privacy practices for the Site and the various services (collectively, the "Services") we provide on or through the Site. By using the Site or the Services or by providing any personally identifiable information using Site or the Services, you are agreeing to the collection and use of such information in the manner described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Types of Information Collected

1. Traffic Data Collected. We automatically track and collect certain anonymous information when you visit our Site, including your: (i) IP address; (ii) domain server; (iii) type of computer; and (iv) type of web browser (collectively "Traffic Data"). Except as otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy, we will keep your Personal Information private and will not share it with third parties, unless such disclosure is necessary to: (i) comply with a court order or other legal process; (ii) protect our rights or property; (iii) enforce our Terms of Service; or (iv) complete the acquisition of our company or assets (or part of our company or assets) by another company. In the event that we are acquired by another company or a significant portion of our assets is sold to another company, some or all of your Personal Information collected by us may be transferred to the company that acquires our company or our assets.
   

3. User Choice Regarding Collection, Use and Distribution of Personal Information

You may choose not to provide us with any Personal Information. In such an event, you can still access and use much of the Site; however, you will not be able to access and use those portions of the Site that require your Personal Information. If you do not wish to receive information and promotional material from us or from some of our partners, you may select the appropriate "opt-out" box or link on our online forms each time we ask you for Personal Information.

4. Security of Personal Information

We have security measures in place intended to assist in preventing unauthorized access to and in safeguarding Personal Information we collect online. However, please understand that although this information, once deleted, is not available on the Site, the information may remain stored indefinitely in our backup and archival records.

6. Lost or Stolen Information

You must promptly notify us if your credit card, user name or password is lost, stolen or used without permission. In such an event, we will cancel that credit card number, user name or password and update our records accordingly.

7. Other Limits to Your Privacy

The Site may contain links to other Web sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such Web sites. We also make chat rooms, forums, message boards, and news groups available to you. Please understand that any information that is disclosed in these areas becomes public information. We have no control over its use, and you should exercise caution when deciding to disclose your Personal Information.

8. Updates and Changes to Privacy Policy

We reserve the right, at any time and without notice, to add to, change, update or modify this Privacy Policy, simply by posting such change, update or modification on the "Privacy Policy" page of the Site. Any such change, update or modification will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site.
