Customer support calls are taken live during regular business hours and rarely is there a need for callbacks.The standard TSS Software Service Subscription covers a 12-month period and is priced on a simple concurrent-user basis. The Subscription includes technical assistance via telephone, all program updates and maintenance releases, annually updated IRS 1099S reporting programs, and frequently updated Help Files and User Guides. Hourly fees apply. Unscheduled Holiday and Weekend SupportUnscheduled technical support is available on holidays and weekends from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Eastern Time. Hourly fees apply.
